「The accommodation is advertized as "In the jungle" Not true. In some trees, sure but close to noisy road. Booking confirmation said includes breakfast. Not offered by lodge. Had to fight for it. Minimal bed linen. Would not visit again. 」

「Staff was very friendly. Benjamin the waiter was very accommodating. Really close to Tikal national park entrance. Con: no outlets to charge your phone. There was one usb outlet but it wouldn’t charge my phone. Pool area is very nice and at sundown you can see the wild life such as monkeys on the trees. 」

「I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away...
