「Exceeded our expectations by a lot. Very peaceful spot in the middle of a lot of action with as good of access as you can get to get into the park. Room was very nice. Pool was refreshing. If you plan on getting to the park early this place is the best option! Food was just decent but not great and a little overpriced for what it was. 」

「Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. He usado muchas veces Hotels.com y es la primera vez que me pasa esto, lamentablemente una lección de $100 :(」

「Beautiful property and a true paradise near Flores. They have a complimentary boat tour every morning to the monkey islands. The breakfast was also wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Everything was good except my experiences with the restaurants. The one top, the staff were just talking with each other and they didn’t attend to me so I left after 10 minutes. I could understand if they were busy, but they were not. The restaurant below, I didn’t like the food. I tried twice and no I didn’t like it—my opinion only. Everything else was great. I hope the this was constructive. I took a picture of the staff persons standing around if you want me to send to you. 」

「Day staff was very helpful. Nice having coffee available in the lobby in tbe mornings. When we had early morning pick-ups the night staff would make the coffee earlier so we could get some. Excellent location. And our balcony overlooking tbe lake was a gem. The room cleaning person made a different towel animal on our beds every day. So sweet. 」
