Comfy, clean room.
Great location.
Super friendly staff.
Great restaurant.
This place was absolutely amazing. Exclamation, I was so impressed with the food. I did not expect to have such a good option and the taste was even better. The rooms kept the mosquitoes out and they did have hot water. I would stay again and again when in Tikal

Room was clean and comfortable, but on the small side. Hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and towels would be helpful. Also, the hinges on the bathroom door could use oiling (loud creaks in the middle of the night). The hotel restaurant is excellent!
Perfect. A great location. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The restaurant was excellent and varied enough that eating most meals there was fine.
I love the fact that it is right outside Tikal ruins, this gave us the unforgettable experience to do the sunrise and sunset tours. Staff was wonderful setting up our tour even thou we arrived very late they were also very helpful in getting us transportation to Belize
My biggest complaint is that the hotel or park does not have a place to exchange currency. They will accept USD and credit cards in the restaurant which is great but not at the park entrance. I tried to pay the park entrance with credit card and clean new bills which I got at a local bank in the US and the park entrance still would not accept some of the bills. I believe the lack of a currency exchange offices is to prevent travelers from using the public buses or colectivos. The closest place to exchange money is on the border with Belize and Flores. I had to by-pass the junction to the park and continue to Flores an additional hour one way because I did not exchange enough to not local currency. Tikal is one of my favorite World Heritage sites in the world and I was thrilled to share my experience for a second time with my son, but the lack of exchange currently offices is not world class.

It's a very pretty setting in a great location for visiting Tikal. The dining room is nice and airy and there were many menu options. The small half-cottage we stayed in was somewhat rundown and there wasn't really much hot water for a shower at the specified times. The beds were comfortable but the walls are thin. Otherwise, it is very quiet. Staff were friendly.
