「Good location, decent parking. House is in poor condition. Single bathroom drain was clogged, cabinet doors missing hinges, no air conditioner, no iron or ironing board in the house. It's good enough for an overnight stay.」

「Booked apartment for four of us to stay and at the last minute canceled our trip. Was forced to book another room not near our location and more expensive. Cost me hundreds more and instead of a 12 minute commute each day it became a 1 hour commute. Would highly recommend not ever using them.」

「Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated. Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. Nice big tree during the flower blooming was very pleasant when we had our breakfast and nice path to the very beautiful park near the place. 「It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel.
