"Great breakfast, room, hospitality"

"The hotel staff were very friendly and our room was ready on time. The check in process was fast and efficient even though they were very busy when we arrived. The room was very clean and it was very nice to have a kitchen in the unit. The only complaint is that the walls are thin and the traffic noise was loud at times. I would recommend bringing a noise machine for the room. Plus the breakfast offered in the morning was not great and very crowded."

"The room was very clean. The Staff was extremely helpful and provided a quick check-in also they reminded us about the complimentary breakfast, and its serving time. They then proceeded to showed us the location within the building, where it would be served. As far as amenities, we were not informed if there were any (e.g. hot tub or swimming pool, or fitness room). My only dislike was the room face the main roadway with intersection ( lots of road noise) I didn't sleep well because of this....

"A bunch of little things made it come off as ghetto for the price. The clock time was several hours off, the TV was limited on cable channels no modern way to watch Netflix or anything, it seemed like there was a half inch gap under the door so you could hear people in the hallway clear as day or they could hear us. However, everything felt OK for us until we heard what sounded like two gunshots in the middle of the night right outside of our window maybe 30 minutes apart from each other and for...

"The room was not as advertised. There were bodily fluid (?) stains on the shower floor, the air conditioner in the room did not work, the window did not open and the room smelled terrible. We checked in at 3pm and there was a person sitting in a single chair in the small front office. The person’s body odour was overwhelming. We left immediately after check in and returned at 11:30pm. The same person was still loitering in the front office and playing video games on a laptop. I decided to leave...
