「Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...

「Väldigt fint hotel i bra skick och fantastisk service. Bra SPA och snygga rum med bra sängar. enkelt att få transport med deras egen shuttle till och från backarna då de ligger ca 1 km bort.」

「非常舒服放鬆的地方政府 我的房間可以看到馬特洪峰 雖然有纜車 但依然可以清楚看到 房間很溫暖舒適 但酒店位置離車站有點遠 可以叫shuttle接 如果以後還能再來 我活在選這邊住」
