「Quand je viens à Gouda, il est inconcevable pour moi de ne pas rester à cet endroit! C’est un bijoux. Malgré le fait que ma chambre était à côté des marches cette fois-ci et que c’était très bruyant lorsque les autres clients y passaient, cet endroit reste l’un de mes favoris. Le personnel est accueillant, le location est centrale, le service est impeccable, c’est un must go!! 」

「De accommodatie kwam niet overeen met wat er op online staat. Erg kleine kamers met 1 stoel en geen eens een bijzet tafel. Voor 2 personen is dit erg minimaal, je bent verplicht om op bed te gaan zitten. Zonder verder uit te wijden, het voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen. 」

「Personeel vriendelijk maar wel gedateerd en gehorig en kan niet 4 sterren zijn zoals aangegeven, maar voor de prijs wel prima bed」

「Het hotel is prachtig gelegen, middenin de bossen. Op loopafstand (Helenaheuvel) zijn meerdere bewegwijzerde wandelingen te vinden. Hoewel het gebouw zelf wat gedateerd overkomt is het binnen goed onderhouden en netjes. De kamer had echt schoner gekund. De standaardkamer is aan de krappe kant. Voor het (overigens uitstekende) bed langslopen gaat alleen zijwaarts. En wat we vooraf niet goed gezien hadden (staat wel vermeld) is dat het 2 losse bedden zijn. Vinden wij zelf niet prettig....

「Não tinha nenhuma informação dizendo que aos domingos não há nenhum funcionário no hotel. Por isso, mesmo meu voo sendo no final da tarde, tive que ir ao aeroporto logo depois do check out (às 11h), pois nao teria onde deixar as malas e muito menos acessar o hotel novamente. Isso foi bem desagradavel.」

「Family room, 4 beds but still smal, even we cannot open 3 cases on the floor, no table to use in a family room, that's why we try to make more spaces in the room, we try to put 3 beds together to make more sapces to open the cases, but terrible thing happened, we cannot image so dirty and had many rubbish under one of bed, cannot think about the others, we told the reception, but she answered no one on duty for cleaning, after we back to the room, the light on the ceiling not functioning also,...

「Great hotel. Feature beams in the room. Bar & restaurant for evening food with a canal side outdoors terrace facing the evening sun. Breakfast included was really nice and is in the cafe opposite. Would definitely recommend. Staff were very helpful. Very good for access to the train station which is 6 stops from Amsterdam Central, 15 mins. 」
