"Nice property, beach, pool and beach grille. Staff were great! However, the furniture in rooms is very old and should be replaced. Some of the furniture is sun bleached, and has stains. The cleaning crew definitely gets the best scores! Never forgot to clean our room! Always picked up and beds were made!"

"Breakfast was good. They offer afternoon wine and cheese which was nice. The property is beautiful, amazing gardens, visited by little birds ❤️"

"Beautiful water views and views of Hamilton. The ferry unfortunately did not run to the convenient stop next door while we were there, through no fault of the hotel staff. We liked the location of this part of the island, close to market and more activities and more to see down this end. Travellers need some mode of transportation as it's a short drive to other things but very little to be able to walk to with narrow roads and limited sidewalks. Staff was accommodating."

"Room is updated and nice but it still had a few small annoyances. For example, the sliding door had no screen so we could not leave it open and the patio furniture was cheap and old. The bathroom fan did not work so a shower left the entire room humid and wet. The lobby is niceish but the pool area, hallways and grounds are very dated. Beach looks pretty but it was unfortunately raining during our stay so I can not say for sure. Not a great place to stay in bad weather; there was nothing to do; the restaurant and bar had very limited hours."

"Everything, was nice from what I had a chance to experience since I only stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable, loved the space that I had, and having the two bathrooms was a definite plus."

"Azura is an amazing resort! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pools are lovely, with comfortable seating and umbrella everywhere! The food at Surf is delicious and the menu pleasing. We ate there often! But the best thing is the view of the ocean! Set high on the cliffs overlooking the South Shore, the sea and sky is panoramic! The ocean was clear and we could see the fish from above. We cannot wait to go back!"

"Room clean, staff great, pools fine.breakfast great. I was surprised to see a GOLD room have a bad view (#463),a city view is not back alleys and roof top air conditioning units. I am 85 years and I walk with a cane my wife 82, and we were given a room about 4 kms from the elevator, the door lock when exiting didn't always work correctly, one staff member passing by helped me lock it but still did it a few times later, never fixed, Fairmont is famous for recognizing special events, May 7th was our 60th wedding anniversary and a small single piece of chocolate cake was given to us, that didn't cut it with me? We ate dinner on the 6th at Intrepid and dinner was great, but the manager was over zealous a bit I think he hovered a bit too much, and referred to my wife as you're highness several times, she didn't like that, maybe I am being too fussy, but she was weeping a bit because of that. what do you think? There is no convenience shop to get any products like medical supplies, or women's hygiene items/ My final comment is "Hurry Up Southampton and finish the construction""
