「Everything was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Excellent stay overall. My only suggestion would be to add a handheld shower head in addition to the overhead rain shower. It would make the shower more practical, especially for guests who do not want to wash their hair every time. Other than that, everything was great.」

「Clean property, management good about help, overall a good stay, but has some ways in which it can be outstanding.」

「Forholdsvis rent, lækkert badeværelse, men stik kontakter der ikke virkede, TV, virkede ikke, og der manglede lamper. Lidt svært at finde, når man kommer sent om aftenen, da det ikke er skiltet som et hotel.」

「Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive.」

「Friendly owners/staff. Great communication. Central location with excellent access to city trams.」
