「We had to left the apartment 20 minutes after arrival. There was an infestetation of croackarages and bed bugs. The bed sheets and the curtains were stain with blood spots and dirty. They offered us a new apartment and we checked it but it was worse. That property should not be advertised.」

「I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. 「Appartamento in zona tranquilla, alcuni buoni ristoranti a poca distanza e possibillità di parcheggiare l'auto nelle vicinanze. Stanze come da descrizione, tutto molto pulito e in ordine. Qualche difficoltà nell'apertura e chiusura della key-box ma il personale è stato molto efficiente e veloce. La strada adiacente su cui passano i tram può dar fastidio se si dorme in particolare sul divano letto,ma per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene.
