「Host was very accommodating and kind. Room and surroundings were extremely clean and spacious. While the room just has a fridge and kettle, we also had access to a communal area for breakfast and simple meals (microwave, toaster oven, and dishes (no cookware). 「Super overpriced. Most expensive one among 3 hotels (35% to 50% more, the other one in Sorrento too and closer to train station) but family thinks this is the cheapest. Room is extremely outdated while charged a EU price in the south Italy! Owner is business polite but no more. Feels cold and ignorance in responding messages compared to other 2 hotels. Lack of warm and passion. Shower room is the most awful part, no shelving to put towels excepted ironed heater bars and super small. Very...

「Lovely room and lovely staff! The staff remembered what we liked to eat each day. They cooked breakfast eggs to order and offered a variety of options each day. I felt like I had a lot of choices. The rooms were very clean and neat with everything clean each day. We loved speaking to the staff. They were so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again myself!」

「This was a great place to stay! The AC worked great, very clean, very friendly staff. The only thing was that it was a little bit farther from the center then we thought it was. We had to figure out the bus system, which in Sorrento is a little tricky to figure out. The breakfast was great. The girl server ( I’m not sure of her name) was very sweet and did a great job cleaning our rooms. 」

「Melody is a great little BnB located in a building complex about a block or two away (5mins walking) from the main street in Sorrento. The hosts were wonderful and kind - we reached out to them beforehand and we were greeted by Michael at the front door. The facilities were clean and there is breakfast available in the morning. The actual hotel is located on the 4th floor of the building, and you must go to the back entrance of the building in order to enter. 」
