「The Bridge is a very well-run establishment with great staff and good food.
The rooms are excellent - clean and tidy and well furnished.
The bar and dining areas are overdue re-decoration, otherwise it would be a 5-star review, but hopefully we can drum up more customers so there will be money to spend.
The staff are friendly and welcoming and clearly work very, very hard.」
