「We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all fabulous, so helpful and attentive, friendly and very welcoming. The food is excellent, delicious breakfast with so much choice and variety and the restaurant and bar menu was perfect and again delicious. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. We initially had some problems working the the bath taps ( a nice water temperature was difficult to achieve and they were difficult to turn off fully) but we...

「Pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the wines glasses! The breakfast was perfectly adequate and the shared kitchen clean and pleasant to sit in. We paid for carpark and were allowed to leave car the next for a visit of the city. A nice 20 minutes walk along the canal. Host very prompt and polite by text once we had booked. 「 It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.」

「I had a good stay at the Castle Hotel. Lovely little hotel, super comfy bed and gorgeous bed linen. The room was spotless and generous tea and coffee making facilities. Nice bathroom products. No A/C as it's a beautiful old building, but that was fine as was able to open windows and control the radiator. I didn't have a cooked breakfast but buffet options were fine and the other guests seemed to be enjoying their cooked food. I will stay again, thank you.」

「Upon arrival we found the receptionist, Jenny very welcoming and helpful. Dining room staff were also friendly and provided an excellent service. Dinner was well presented and very tasty. Our room was delightful, clean, warm and comfortable, providing a restful and convenient environment needed for our three night stay. We shall certainly return and recommend to others. Thank you ! 」

「離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。」
