「My stay at Iris was great. The pool was nice and warm, the receptionists were really helpful, and the location was perfect. Not only is there a great view from the front door, you’re located 4-5 minutes away from Main Street Falmouth. The receptionist helped me extend my stay and I got to stay in the same room with no issues or hassle. The only thing that is keeping this from 5 stars, was after I long night out on my first day, I had put a do not disturb sign on my door so I could catch up on...

「Staff very nice. Room clean. Fairly new looking bathroom with shower stall. In room was a counter with very small microwave, new refrigerator and a cute little sink. The carpet was very outdated. Room overall very plain. Mattress was ok. Just blinds on the window so light easily comes in. Only one lock on door knob-would feel safer with a dead bolt or a chain.」

「Expensive room but not sure how it compares to the area pricing. Also, VERY narrow stairway and no elevator. This would be challenging for elderly people. We were fine but it could be tricky.」

The shower is large with good water pressure. Overall, one of my favorite places to stay. I travel a lot and love coming here.」

「整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。」

「Jeanette was very responsive to our needs. We had delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. She was always ready to provide anything to make our stay pleasant. We look forward to another visit to Cape Cod and will stay here.」

「Was upstairs attic type bedroom But small and very clean. Excellent shower. Issue was when we went out the first night for a wedding and returned the dirt to the building was locked. Had received no indication how to open it. When I called they answered right away and was fine. Didn’t see anyone at reception the 3 days 2 nights i was there」
