"The location is great and it has a good car park that costs £17 per day. It is close to the bus stop on the Promenade and makes it easy to visit Gloucester, Cirencester and other places. We enjoyed the breakfasts but Sunday lunch was disappointing. The staff were good."

"I chose to stay here after seeing the images of a pool and spa facilities. However, it was disappointing to find that after paying for my stay, which can be well over £200 a night here, you still have to pay £10 to use the pool. That just seems really tight to me."

"It’s in the right part of Cheltenham. Close enough to Montpellier, but not so close it’s outside. 20 minute walk from Cheltenham Spa train station, or catch a cab."

"Check in staff excellent & lobby with Starbucks & pub very useful indeed. Room comfortable & clean with a nice view. UF there was a negative, it would be the window frames which had not been cleaned ever & were dusty to the point of mould. However, this did not detract from an overall great stay. "
