What we ended up getting was a room that still had items strewn about from other visitors, no body wash, poop/mud? smeared on the lotion bottle by the sink, and a TV that didn't work. The place just felt grubby and uncomfortable. We spent most of our time at the pool so the kids could play, but the hot tub we hoped to enjoy was broken. Just kind of a sad, dirty place. The people who worked there were doing their best and were very kind, but I think their resources were extremely limited. "

There were some issues with the plugins in our room. Over half of them did not work. The tv did not have a signal/connection to work in the morning. Besides the electrical issues, the room was great!"
