「Needing a getaway from home, chose this hotel. Nice front desk employees. Nice housekeeping attendants. Room was ok. Carpet had large spill stain on the floor. No microwave in the room so no heating leftovers. Was not told the breakfast was a pay breakfast. I was annoyed after going down and being embarrassed. I was not offered the pay breakfast upon check-in. I would have gladly paid. The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floors were empty every time I attempted to get ice. Disappointing. On a good...

「We enjoyed our stay very much. We had an easy check-in, enjoyed the breakfast every morning, friendly staff, easy parking. There was only one entrance we could find, but that was not a problem because it was easily accessed from any parking space. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or the exercise room, but they both looked very well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the pet-friendly atmosphere. The location was easy to access from the interstate. The proximity to the Mall of Georgia...

「My wife and I arrived at around 2 am Saturday to find out that the air conditioning did not work; thermostat did not work and the phone in the room did not work either. I was too tired to walk to front desk. Told them about it in the morning when we went to breakfast and It was fixed however it was too late my the time because we were scheduled to check out in a couple of hours.」

「All the staff we met were great. From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super!」
