「The vibe of this place was really cool. Bartender Jonathan was awesome too. They have a rotating signature drink menu that fits the hotel or bar theme. Its really a unique stay. The breakfast is good and the dinning area is beautiful. Something definitely out of the usual stop through the South. The Hotel is 100+ years old but doesnt show the wear of the old historic look other building do. We will certainly be back.」

「Great place for families. The heated indoor/outdoor pool was wonderful, and the location is right across from the kids' museum and right down the street from the aquarium. Good breakfasts. The staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「Our room was right next to a busy highway and the noise was horrible. We could tell by the small number of cars in the parking lot the hotel wasn't near capacity. Not sure why we were assigned this room when many other much more desirable rooms were obviously available. My husband was having heart surgery very early the next day and we live an hour and a half away and decided to spend the night in Chattanooga. We had done this before with no problems. 「The staff was excellent and the Hotel is located within most of the popular restaurants and entertainment in the downtown area. The Hotel is being renovated right now, but is expected to be completed by August. Even with the construction going on now the Hotel was still very clean and accommodating.」
