「Tomasso made us feel so welcome and made us feel like family. He drove us to dinner down by the beach, picked us up from the rental car return and ensured we were at the airport in plenty of time for our early morning flight. Excellent hospitality!」
「The mattresses were very uncomfortable, so a good nights sleep was not achieved. Also, the door must be locked with the key from inside the room, which felt unsafe in the event of a fire or emergency.」
「Beautiful well maintained property with easy access to. Clean comfortable bed , air conditioning, bathroom and shower. Beverage / breakfast , close to town and shopping . Promoter was professional and courteous highly recommended」
「Wonderful for a short stay. Rooms were lovely and we enjoyed the pool, beach and restaurant. Only issue was location. Great for the airport but remote for all else. Would definitely stay again.」

「I liked my stay at this hotel very much, and I would recommend it highly. If I had to mention anything i would say, bigger shower and eliminate the bidet.」
「I stayed at Piccolo Hotel Hotel before my flight the following morning. The staff was friendly upon arrival. The room was very small. The bathroom water drained slow in the sink and shower. There was loud talking outside towards the main entrance late into the evening that kept me awake. The hotel is modern and clean. Very conveniently located near airport.」
「Aziz was a pleasure as was every other member of staff we encountered. The hotel is very nice. Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. If I ever visit again, I’ll be sure to book a reservation at the Michelin Star restaurant on the premises. Which nobody ever mentioned. That’s how classy everyone was. No pretense. No ego. Just a nice place staffed by genuine and good people.」
「The property was located very close to the main street in Lamaze Terme. It was very clean and very nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We definitely would recommend it to other others.」
