「The pictures of this property on Expedia are in no way representative of the actual property. Had I seen actual pictures before booking I never would have booked here. The bed is horrible, not like the pictures at all, not enough pillows. No amenities, no coffee unless you go to the front and pay for it from a vending machine. 「Aziz was a pleasure as was every other member of staff we encountered. The hotel is very nice. Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. If I ever visit again, I’ll be sure to book a reservation at the Michelin Star restaurant on the premises. Which nobody ever mentioned. That’s how classy everyone was. No pretense. No ego. Just a nice place staffed by genuine and good people.」

「Very pleasant stay, room looked fairly recently renovated, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was better than most Italian hotels I've stayed in of similar rating amd reception staff very friendly. Hotel is a little isolated so you really have to have a car to stay there, but very happy with my stay and would happily stay again. 」
