「Filthy room with roaches. House keeping walked in without permission and after being told no thank you. Unpleasant and inconvenient. 」

「I received a text asking if I needed anything. I needed extra pillows but didn't receive any. There was a coffee maker in the room. It was dirty and no cups in the room No hand towels, only 2 rough feeling "bath" towels The best reason to stay? It's right across jumping on i90 expressway which is what i needed. The room was clean but very dated 」

「Breakfast was okay. Limited space but kept refilled as needed. Pool AND hot tub closed. We were NOT notified before check in. All other options with pools were booked for the nights we were scheduled to stay. Very frustrated ONLY because we used ema third party we were not informed. 」

「Hotel was not bad, room was clean. However, when we got to the hotel there were not lights on the outside everything was dark. And we have to wait until someone comes to open the door for us. 」

「Nice breakfast, pleasant staff, clean room with comfortable bed. Inly complaints were thin walls ( I could hear neighbor coughing) and a SUPER cold pool. Pool was small, but ok for our 3 grandkids to play. If there had been more people it would have been crowded.」
