「Amazing location. Beautiful grounds and suburb views. Pool wasn’t completed even though it was scheduled to be done. Loud noise during stsy」

「The quality of this hotel should be 1 star. I suffered a very bad foot injury in this hotel and the administration did not have any compassion. The cabinets in the kitchen were not mounted, just left without glue on the drawer. When I opened one of the drawers, it fell on my foot. it caused me to not be able to walk for two days, with my whole foot turning purple. I complained to the manager and they did not even say I am sorry. I would never trust the recommendations about the Marco Island...

「我們家4大3小入住一間套房，除了主臥室一張king size的床外，另一間房間還有兩張雙人床，兩間都有衛浴設備。 除此之外，客廳與廚房的空間比兩間臥房加起來還要大，廚房的廚具及調理設備也很完善，若不是我們家只住在這一晚，肯定可以好好利用它們。 」
