「Booked same day last minute only hours before arrival in Rome. The only missing part was the floor number : 2. Others in the building helped me find my way and incredibly hospitable locals in the building itself. Check in was super easy, checked in 2 hours early without issue. Room was spotless, bed was great. Location super convenient for travelling by train and Osteria restaurant downstairs run by charming hosts and great service and food until late if you need an afternoon nap. All in all...

「Room is clean and nice. New decoration. 5 mins walk to coloseo metro. Next to a park which is nice for jogging. 10 mins walk to a 24hours supermarket. I arrived hotel after 6pm and needed to pay 10 euro for late check-in. Hotel is good if you don't need any room service. 」

「First of all, let me say that this hotel literally SAVED the last few days of our trip to Rome. After having reservation fall through, we found ourselves in a bad situation I frantically looked for a hotel nearby that we could walk to and found this one on Expedia, only 300 meters away. 「Very good location. The worker always smile. The room is tiny and no place for luggage. You have to put luggage to under the bed in order to go to bathroom. I have stay there 4 days and two days without towel when I back around 7 PM. They took the used towel and didn’t give me new one. There noway to contact anybody work there. No phone and email. 」
