「The property has gone downhill the past few years. The staff is not helpful. I paid for a Waterview room and I received one of two units that faced the main road. Immediately called down to the front desk and was given the runaround for two days and then they never followed up after that. Nepal was so crowded that we couldn’t even get a seat the first day. There were so many people in the pool. The water was cloudy.」

「All good! People need to understand the ocean seaweed and smell is uncontrollable by the hotel. We lived that they had kayaks to take out, beach volleyball, hammocks and a kid playground; all that we adults could sit outside the room and supervise the kids. Also pool was nice and clean. Will be back and next time with the boat!」
