「I guess 3rd times a charm is accurate, it took 3 rooms before we were able to settle in. The 1st room-the cover on the AC fell off the unit. The 2nd room-was left wide open, when we latched the door to see if our keys would work, they didn’t work. Both room 1 & 2 were in the 2nd floor, which needed updating. 3rd room-was updated and clean. However, the bathroom was tiny with a VERY dim light and towel rack was falling off the wall. 「Upon check in there was a sign at the front desk to let guests know that the pool and hot tub were not working. There was no indication when it would be reopening and it did not open during the two night weekend stay that I was there. The in room TV did not work, either. 「Everything worked in the room, the snack/ breakfast area was available all day and kept up, the shower had great pressure and volume, and all of the staff that I encountered were all polite and spoke English. We stayed in multiple hotels during this trip and this was the best, easily, without any hesitation or doubt.」
