「Property is preferable to a typical hotel. The unit is a large condo in an excellent location in a nice community. A few items needed repair, but they didn’t detract from the enjoyment of the stay. HiGuests is a good company to deal with. 」

「Good location and gorgeous building. Amenities in the unit can be upgraded. The furniture in the unit is cheap and not comfortable (sofa, bed, balcony furniture etc.). Bathroom ameniities were quite basic as well. We were asked to pay a security deposit with no communication as to when we will receive the credit back. I had to follow up for the information on my end with no proactive communication from the management. We are still waiting to receive the security deposit back. Overall, good...

「It is in a nice and convenient part of town. They did not have good directions for getting into the property. Did not even explain that there was another bathroom to use with a shower which would have been nice considering the bathrooms were always occupied. Worth the stay, but could have been better. 」
