"This hotel is beautiful. They have alot of staff to help with your baggage or if you need transportation. They also have security. This made me feel safe. The front desk reception was very friendly especially Suman. I thoroughly enjoyed my room. It was spacious and the bed and bedding was very clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Also please check out the activities especially the Quad bike ride in the dunes in the desert. I give my vacation in Dubai a 10"

"I stayed at the Sheraton JBR few times as it’s very good but this time was much better as it’s been fully refurbished.
Mr Mohamed El Aghoury was very helpful and respectful dealing with my queries.
The staff at al hadeqa restaurant are really nice and friendly specially Sameh and Waleed, we spent most of our evenings there great food and service.
At the beach Most of the staff are helpful and friendly specially Abdul Rahman always helped with a smile
