「Beautiful property but the whole building is uneven, floors have big dips in them, the stairs are on a slant and so is the landing so quite dangerous for anyone with balance problems. No washing machine either!」

「The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. 」

「Our room was not as big as expected from the photos and we were overlooking a flat roof with extractor fans continuously on - not so great when we had to have the windows open in the heat and could not get the ac to work. However an extremely helpful receptionist (Jay) gave us a different room a little bit further away which was a little bit bigger and slightly less noisy (thanks Jay 🙂). 「如能住幾天，想轉房號，另每天都有美好回憶，不同房間有不同的設計裝潢特色，更免費可享受媽咪店的餐廳就更好，雖然如此，餐廳內的美點都不算貴，在房間內可查閱有關食物的價錢，很方便。只美中不足是浴室去水流慢一點。房間亦難租用，選了幾天日子才能配合住了一晚。」
