「Hotel was very lowd. Called the front desk several times to quite the noise. It went on until 1-2 in the morning. Be careful before you book this hotel.」

「Breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced at a Hilton property. I chose this property based on positive reviews for breakfast, so was especially disappointed when I came to breakfast an hour before it was scheduled to end but found that many food items were already gone or the machine was not working (yogurt machine, oatmeal, egg patties, hot water, sausage) and would not be replaced, plus utensils were missing! It was also set up in a very confusing way. When we complained to management...

「The staff, especially the bar staff. Everytime we left or entered it was like a family. They were great. Location was great」

「I usually book at Extended 6 but this time, I was a disappointed with the room cleanliness. Room was uncleaned and bed poorly made. The odor in the room was bad.」

「Due to a reservation date fowl-up at another hotel, the Holiday Inn Express was most accommodating! I was able to make an immediate reservation quickly with no problems. Susan at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. She was the most cheerful person at the hotel and answered every question I could come up with! What an awesome customer service attitude!」

「Hospitality service and really convenient to the airport (walk 7min drive 3min) and Walmart (walk 27min drive 5min)」
