「Rooms are dated and not cleaned properly. I originally booked and paid for two nights (through Hotels.com), and extended my stay for one more night directly with the hotel. BUT finally the hotel charged TWO extra nights on the bill. I tried to negotiate with and ask for refund from the hotel by email, however they had not responded to my enquries and requests for over one month (I checked out on Jul 12 and it's Aug 20 today when I write this review.). 「Great one night stop. For how old the building is they have done a great job at maintaining the rooms! Bed was comfortable! It was exactly what we needed for our one night stop!」

「Property was very nice. Better accessibility for people with mobility issues would be good. Our Yurt was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.」
