I commute for work to the Florence area. I stayed January 17-20, 2026. This stay, was nice. My second to last day, the sink started leaking onto the bathroom floor. I let a hotel staff member know. They did not fix the leak before I left. I am a firm believer that we control when things happen only how we fix them. So this did not mean I would not stay again. In fact, I stayed a second time January 24-27, 2026. I was placed in the same room, which would have been awesome had the sink been fixed. Not only was it not fixed, but it was leaking even worse; I couldn't walk into the bathroom without walking through a bunch of water. My second to last day of my stay and there was not longer any hot water any time of day. I will not be back; which really sucks. Their property is in a nice location and could be awesome if they had any desire to care for their customers.

When I got into my room. It smelled like cigarettes. I went for a run and returned and the room smelled like marijuana. The adjoining door had no lock and was blocked by a chair. The smoke detector beeped continuously. The microwave did not heat. The fridge froze everything. The tub floor had a mat glued to it and felt like it was on the verge of falling through. The tv was a Roku tv but the WiFi was not strong enough to stream anything. So no tv. I actually felt unsafe at this property and do not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are traveling with children.

Read several reviews prior to booking regarding the man running the front office. He wasn’t rude to me however I did have my 6’4” scary husband stand behind me making sure he behaved. It worked. However, I heeded the warnings & had my ID & CC out before he had to ask. Again he wasn’t rude to me at all but I could see had I been alone & maybe frazzled from traveling this guy would be a p-i-k. The property inside the room is dated but shockingly the bed was better than the one we had at the Wyndham resort. Shower was great & hot! The traffic outside was extremely loud due to the downpour of rain. I was very irritated when our 2nd room reservation was at the other end of the same floor. The rooms in between ours & theirs you could see into. Each room had been stayed in & not cleaned. The double queen rooms we had were really spacious with a very small older tv so be prepared.

There was zero staff support. The front desk attendant was less than helpful during our check in. He was rude and felt like I inconvenienced him. We came back for a towel swap and he told me to come back tomorrow morning but the desk was still open until 10pm. There was no breakfast items that were supposed to be available and the beverages that were supposed to be available, some were missing. The hot tub jets were not powerful at all. And the hot tub area needed some maintenance and clean up.

Rude little man at reception counter said "Give me your ID!", rather than request it politely. He's morbidly terrified of dogs! Hot tub is only warm. Pool is green. Dog poop on ground in pet area because they don't supply plastic poop bags for pet owners.Very few guests staying. Last time I ever stay at the dump.

At check-in, the short, pudgy man demanded my ID saying "Give me your ID!" rather than requesting it politely. The hotel pool is green, and unusable. The hot tub is more warm than hot. There are no plastic bags in the dispenser in the pet area, and there is dog poop on the ground. No wonder the hotel is empty! I will not being staying there again.

There was mold and dirt in the bathtub. The blankets where as thin as sheets and and the wifi only worked for maybe a quarter of the time I was there. Staff seemed nice but the accommodations were about as bad as it gets

The room was clean but had a bad smell I couldn't get out even after 3 days of open windows and a fan. One of the front desk men was very friendly but the other was not at all and seemed very put-upon when I asked for a blanket. The location has a lot of road noise. The wifi and AC didn't work in my room.
