There was absolutely nothing good about this property its not a hotel it’ more like a trap house with dumping rights place was a dive left after 3 hours called and called got no answers requested a refund and they never even answered there phone, after multiple attempts! They’re are much nicer places to stay in Florence at more affordable prices

The hotel was clean and convenient. I was located at the front of the property and experienced a lot of road noise. Still it was very good value for the money.

Staff is very friendly, beds and pillows clean and comfortable. The shower drains slowly because there is excess hair built up that you can see. Overall a decent nights stay

We’re traveling cross country so we’re staying cheap as possible. I don’t expect much. This was a clean and basic but good price. That’s why I stayed. I come back.

Room was clean. Bed was unmade so we finished making it. No blanket/coverlet found; had to get one from the front desk teenager who checked us in. Shower sucked; delivered water in one jet. Toilet was child sized. Thin walls but quiet neighbors.

Staff was very nice and for being the 4th of July and lots of people in town we took the last room they had because everywhere else was booked up .The room was definitely overpriced for what it was but the beds were comfortable and property was quiet for being a holiday .Wifi worked fine I was worried about the reviews I saw but it was a little better than expected the room could of been cleaner surfaces like tv screen and table tops needed to be cleaner but bathroom and beds were clean .overall better than expected but could use improvement in cleanliness. It worked for a 1 night stay just don't expect The Ritz.
