「This is old, so the plumbing seems to be okd too. The water pooled as i had a shower but overall i enjoyed my stay. The breakfasts were excellent, kept me going till dinner.」
「Lovely resort with beautiful views. The bathrooms in the hotel rooms are small, stand up shower only. The room itself was nice, balcony facing the water with chairs and a table. Perfect spot to have morning coffee or enjoy dinner. The resort does have a restaurant - we arrived about 230pm on a Tuesday to see that they had closed early due to running out of food. Not sure if this is something that happens often? Was disappointing but we had brought snacks and food with us so made do with that and...
「Right on the main restaurant and shopping area. Made to feel very welcome. We arrived on a Thursday which was perfect timing due to the street market from 4:30 to 9:30. Beacon Street is closed off and local food, produce, jewellery….etc set up stalls. The hotel provides a continental breakfast from 06:30 to 10:30. A great place to stay before returning to the mainland on the ferry. The ferry is only 10-15 mins away. Two minutes away from the pier. 」
「I did not understand the directions to enter our room because the email referenced the name of the room, but itonly had a number. We did figure it our, but I believe that issue is fixed now! The room was really great. We loved the location, the decor. We were repeat visitors to Alert Bay- last time we camped- this was much more fun」
