Parador Nature Resort and Spa

"The hotel was very beautiful. The fact that is was at the top of the mountain was breath taking. The views were great. So much wild life. the pools were great. The hotel provide transport to the beach which is located near the hotel and it also provides transport to the Manuel Antonio beach and any restaurants a long the route to the bottom of the mountain and back which was excellent. Reception/front desk staff were fabulous. They had self serve laundry which was a fantastic. The food was ok. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it."
Si Como No Resort, Spa and Wildlife Refuge

"We loved, loved, LOVED Si Como No Resort. We absolutely would recommend staying here and we have in fact recommended it to many friends. Should we ever be back to Manuel Antonio we will absolutely stay here again. It is absolutely breathtaking. I felt like we arrived into a White-Lotus style resort. The view is spectacular from the lobby and throughout the resort. You look out over jungle and ocean and it is truly breathtaking. We were a family of 4, two kids (ages 9 and 12) and two adults staying at this resort. We had a relatively basic room with two beds a balcony and bathroom. Our room had a small fridge which was handy as well. Our room was clean and comfortable for our family and we felt it was a good amount of space as well. For us, the highlight of the resort was the family pool. Our kids LOVED it and spent hours at the pool. We probably could have cancelled several of our excursions to just stay at Si Como No. The water slide and fun little water fall into the pool made for hours of fun for our kids. The pool bar with happy hour was also a perk for us!! It was never super busy but always had a couple of families there to socialize and play with. Just walking throughout the resort was really nice. From the lobby to our room, our room to the pool and our room to restaurants was just so lovely. Walking through the jungle with monkeys, iguanas, and lots of other wildlife. Si Como No is a spectacular place to stay and we can't recommend it enough."

"We had an enjoyable stay overall. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, and the grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The room, however, could have been cleaner upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. With a little more attention to housekeeping, this would have been an excellent stay."

"The staff was very helpful at all times! We had a water emergency late night and they were quick to resolve the problem. The hotel grounds were beautiful; we were lucky to see a sloth beside the reception desk during our stay. You can’t go wrong staying at this property."

Igloo Beach Lodge

"Rooms are not big but this was expected as they were as pictured. They were clean, pool is clean as well. Restaurant staff were very friendly and I like how they have cold water for guest to just freely have. There are a few things I would have hoped they have: 1. Since the rooms are small, floors are white and proximity to the activities/beach, it’s very easy to get the floors dirty. A doormat would have been nice to have and shoe trays. 2. Front desk open around 9am (or later) to 8p. If you are checking in outside those times, it may be challenging 3. Hot water can be a bit spotty. There are times there are no hot water and times they have it. 4. Breakfast is okay. Not the best but good enough. Overall it was a nice experience. Very close to the beach which is amazing and exactly what we are looking for as parking can be hard beside the beach. Short drive to activities and food."
