Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to the apartment which was great! Breakfast was delicious. As guests of the hotel, we received a 10% discount on lunch and dinner at the restaurant next door (also delicious).

Toplage direkt am Eingang zum Nationalpark. Ideal für die Übernachtung am Tag, bevor man in den Park geht. Ein privater Parkplatz kostet extra. Ist aber vollkommen okay. Die Unterkunft ist es wert. Freundliches und nettes Personal. Frühstück ganz okay. Tipico halt. Unterkunft kann auf jeden Fall empfohlen werden.

The location was great. The staff is very good and very helpful. The room needs upgrading; it's dated, and the amenities are bare minimum. However, the location on the doorstep of the National Park and the staff make up for the room & overall amenities.

This hotel was in the perfect location right next to the park and a short walk from the beach. Carlos was an awesome host and made us feel welcome! Loved the monkeys, lizards, and even a sloth right by the pool.

The hotel was mainly clean and tidy and you can't beat the location for the park - literally foot steps away. The rooms were large and the swimming pool was a welcome relief after a hot day in the park. Breakfast was included and was ok and the lunch options were nice,

Expedia lists this property at 3.5 stars. It’s 2 at best. I honestly don’t know why this property has gotten the high marks if people are reviewing honestly. I always try to be completely fair in my reviews and give the benefit of the doubt. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars and not 2. Our room had ants and a roach. We haven’t seen ants or roaches in any other jungle lodge at which we’ve stayed. There was no WiFi in our room even though it’s advertised. All the networks were locked and no password was given even though we inquired. Our room itself was spacious and we’d been given an upgrade but it was uncomfortable with the sliding glass doors giving full view of our beds to all passers by. It was also quite hot and stuffy during the day. Breakfast was limited and light. The pool was too small for swimming.

Right next to the national park and very close to the beach - ideal location. We parked when we arrived and did not need to use the car again until we left. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel right next to Manuel Antonio national park. Clean room but mattress was very shaky. One turn and you could fall. But staff was great. Also Expedia mentions limited parking for hotel but they had no parking whatsoever and we had to pay 10$ USD each day for parking.

Our group had a 3 night stay in the monkey room. We loved the private outdoor seating area, the large room with a fridge (cold drinks!), and comfortable beds. The staff was so lovely and super helpful. Two of us were not feeling well for some of the time, and they were so accommodating with when we needed our room cleaned, helping us order fresh fruit plates to the room, and checking in on us when we went in and out. The hotel is right next to the entrance to Manuel Antonio, and they have a connection with parking close by at a reasonable price. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we highly recommend it!
