「Had dogs and it was very easy and no stress to check in with them and the staff so so amazing.. I have moved a lot and stayed in alot of different hotels but I wish I could stay at a place like this every time」

「All was great-staff, breakfast, room, quietness, location. Only thing that made us upset was finding out that since we were staying a whole week, we had to let housekeeping come in after 3 days to clean the room. Tried to prevent that happening but lost that battle.」

「An expensive one night stay. The staff is friendly but not very talkative. They accomodated the request for a first floor room. At this price point, i didnt expect a lot of amenities, but hot coffee at 5pm is a huge plus. The building is older but rooms have been updated. The room had TV, fridge, and microwave. The beds are not fixed to wall so if you the bed for other "activities" besides sleeping, the bed will slide across the floor. They have swept under the sliding beds in awhile so...

「It was overwhelming crowded. Shoulder to shoulder in the pool. They should limit the amount of guest allowed to swim at one time. 」

「If you love listening to other guests talk on speaker phone and carry on loudly like no one else is there while eating breakfast, you are going to love this place.」

「The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. 」

「Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good.」

「This is the worst hotel i have visited in 20 years. Not only is it dirty, but i found bugs under the sheets and watched several drug deals and ladies of the night outside my room. 」

「The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff . The staff was fantastic , helpful kind . The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down. But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could. Staff was super helpful.」

「Beds were super soft and tall, dont sleep on the edges cause you'll end up rolling off. The breakfast was disappointing. Came down 30 mins before it ended. The lady who was in charge wouldn't make more eggs. The tater tots were all squished. She was outside smoking. On the patio throwing her cigarette butts on the ground. Other staff members came down at the end of breakfast to take what was left..but there wasn't much left.」
