「The walls are thin. We heard people in the halls and in the parking lot all night. The motel is dated but in a cute way. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Great location to bars and entertainment. We will stay there again.」

「While trying to check jn the man working there took 20 minutes to come to the window. Then he put us in room 303 in between 2 rooms where people live with children. Rooms had bugs, bathroom was disgusting. Absolute dump and waste of $69」

「My grandson and i stayed here for 2 nights during a baseball tournament at Marshall Park. This was a great places to stay! Very quiet and close to everything you could possibly need. 10 minutes or less from Marshall Park. We will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area.」

「Room was clean, beds were suitable for overnight but not comfortable enough for a long stay. A definite plus when traveling was the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Having to drive to a separate building after check in and walk upstairs outside the building was inconvenient. Probably would not have booked this had I known stairs were involved due to having COPD. 」

「Just a couple bars of soap. I cleaned the AC vent to get my AC to work correctly. But the room seemed updated furniture and bed and had like a barn sliding. Door for the bathroom and the shower was amazing. The showerhead system that it had it had like a rain shower head with a bunch of other settings. That spray water at you from the front, or it had a hose hook up, or it rained down on you. Very nice shower and the bathroom seemed renovated and upgraded. So there was like, just minor...

「Disgusting and Completely Unacceptable I would not recommend Comfort Inn Splash Harbor to anyone, especially families with children. We arrived around 1:00 a.m., and because my child was exhausted, we had no choice but to stay. Otherwise, I would have left immediately. The hotel was filthy. The carpets throughout the property were so dirty they appeared black instead of their original red color. There was garbage left by the entrance, and the dining area chairs were visibly stained and dirty....
