"Overall a great stay…
Unfortunately
-the rooms are VERY small. We were busy and did not spend much time in the room but it would have been great to have a chair and (more importantly) a mini fridge
-we stayed in July and our AC broke 3 times
-since the rooms we small and we could not really eat in there and did not want to hang out there as they worked on our AC we ended up spending a lot of time in the second floor lounge. The space was not well maintained. It needed to be updated and the fabric furniture was very worn and dirty
Thankfully
- the front staff was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. Every time we returned to the hotel they welcomed us back.
- when we reported our AC they were on it FAST
- the room was really clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff!!
- The location was awesome. Good placed to eat near by for all tastes and budget
- the way the hotel was set up was unique, and we liked it. The concept of the second floor lounge was great. Moxy your clean crew is great! Replace the worn furniture and let the fantastic crew take care of it!
Despite a few negatives, the people made the stay. We would be happy to return to the Moxy!"
