「The hotel is clean, especially the reception staff is very friendly, it is the best hotel in Mandalay. ဟိုတယ်လည်းစင်ကြယ်၏, အအထူးသဖြင့်, ဧည့်ခံဝန်ထမ်းကအရမ်းဖော်ရွေသည်။ မန္တလေးမြို့များတွင်အကောင်းဆုံးဟိုတယ်။」

「Good hotel with small pool. very good staffs always with smile. Room is clean and stylish with solid teak decoration. Best hotel in Mandalay!」

「Clean and tidy when you walk in from the front door. Simple and formal hotel, Purple with white is their signature colour from the outside and inside. Staff are welcome and helpful introduce some places to go. they provide shower and bathtub 」

「热水设备比较老旧，水压很低，热水供应不足！」

「When we firstly entered the room it was strong odour of mould and dirty carpet. Moreover we had a few mozzies in the room later the night. After reporting we were given a mozzie spray to battle them. Not a good pleasant experience at all for a 3 star hotel. By the way we did killed the mozzies at the end.」

「Both the house and equipment are getting older, but the staff are very nice and services is good. The breakfast is simple, but delicious.」
