「This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculate, food was great, view was amazing, I wanted to take the pillows from the bed home with me it was so comfortable. I will never stay anywhere else in asbury park. 」

「Very updated , clean, outstanding balcony as well as beautiful views. The sheets were somewhat old but clean. Easy walking distance for shops and food. 」

「We got a very, very nice room with an amazing view on the fourth floor. The bed was comfortable. The only thing is the bathroom needs to be renovated but than that. It was amazing stay we definitely do it again.」

「Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. A few things that would’ve made it better: A real bathroom door that closes tightly would have afforded more privacy in a small, shared room. In-room coffeemaker or complimentary coffee in the lobby, should be offered. More (any) vegan options at the lobby concessions. Just a couple of minor criticisms, but the room was lovely and comfortable and we had a very nice time. 」

「It’s a block from the beach. The rooms are large. Front desk arriving was nice but a female was a little rude in the night and morning saying she was The Manager when another man who was very nice already told me he was. She hid lots so I had to wait at an empty front desk. They put out coffee and grocery store muffins, in the morning and bread and the cheese cheese baby containers and cream cheese in the morning. Across the street and a couple blocks away are some restaurants it’s really next...

「The management could not have been more accommodating…however, Natalie and Jada were excellent…They provided an outstanding degree of customer service, the best I have experienced in a VERY long time. I have to commend them both on their outgoing ,upbeat personalities …always smiling .always helpful, they are ,outstanding employees in my opinion…and should be valued as such!」

「Cleanliness 3.0 out of 5. Carpet had several stains, bathroom had smudged tiles and walls, shower curtain rod about to fall off wall, bed was clean and smelled fresh, pillow clean, heater worked good. Outside was clean and organized. Free breakfast included but limited to certain amount per person if you want extra items they charge. Check-in clerk was friendly. Bunch of shops near by. 」
