Not the Value for money I thought it would be. The walk to the kiosks is close (15min) Room was not great. Bed hard. TV didnt work. There is better out there.

The Royal Sonesta San Juan
Staff was 10000/10 , truly the kindest people i have ever come across. Would definitely stay there again! My room was not ready when i checked in and they were so nice and gave me a room credit , room service cleaned my room daily without request and gave me fresh towels and etc!

My only complaint is that we were not able to adjust the thermostat in our room. It was set at 63 degrees the whole time. Our only option was to have maintenance turn it off at the main control and then turn it back on but were never able to adjust the temperature from our room and it was either ...
