「The only problem was that I had booked a room with 2 beds and all they have there are rooms with one bed and a foldout couch. So Expedia should not have told me that my reservation was a room with 2 beds. I would have booked some other hotel with 2 beds. In the picture that Expedia showed me of the room, it had 2 queen beds. That is not how a company should treat a loyal customer.」

「Just okay」

「我们两人是出差住的此酒店，位置就在当地一所大学的校区旁边。出行交通比较便利，酒店房间也还算干净和宽敞明亮，也有免费的早餐和无线网络，这点比较满意。反正性价比算高。」

「The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.」

「This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting: the carpet smelled heavily of urine and feces, and there were actual blood stains on the wall. The shower was incredibly dirty and foul-smelling. To make matters worse, people were openly smoking weed right at the main entrance, making the environment feel completely unsafe for a family. There is absolutely nothing good to say about this property. It is a major health and safety hazard. Do not bring...

「Very impressed for the price point! Everything was clean, modern, and the staff was very friendly.」

「I enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfortable , the room was a good size, the shower wasn’t bad, the breakfast was actually awesome! There was little egg omlettes and a waffle maker to make your own Waffle House waffle! With juices, milk, yogurt, sausage, fruit! Amazing breakfast!」

「Friendly staff and clean room, overall we were satisfied.」

「Staff was polite, nice, and amazing with our kids. Loved our stay there」

「Room 408 wreaks of cigarette smoke. Especially in the bathroom.」

「I did not use the amenities since I got in late and left early. It was convenient to the airport and the shuttle picked me up and dropped me off the next day.」
