「Needs updating」

「The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly breakfast was just right and they welcomed my dog」

「No free water that was the only bad thing」

「I enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to everywhere I planned to visit. It was clean and well maintained. We did have a bit of a problem with the cards accessing our room, but the gentleman at the desk took care of that immediately. The pool was nice. I loved seeing Howie, was friendly and such a pleasure to greet us. I would definitely recommend staying here.」

「Under new management working on fixing something’s that need updating Picture in hallway on the floor lights have bugs that need cleaned and chairs in room need replaced as they are peeling all over you and the floor. Generally the building is showing neglect and and lack of attention to...

「I had to ask for a different too. Cause the blankets were dirty in the first one. Got a new one and same problem plus it was a smell in the room. The hot water pressure sucked ass. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.」

「I grew up In Algona and had the opportunity to visit family this year alone due to my spouse having used all her vacation time on a brief illness. This motel has been there since before I can remember and has been very well maintained over the years. I believe the current owners are different than I remembered but were so helpful and polite. I would recommend it to anyone looking for lodging in Algona.」
