「The pool was clean which was very important to us. The rest of the hotel was well maintained and in good order. Always smelled clean and fresh. The staff did not let us know anything when we checked in. We had to figure out the hotel on our own and go searching for hours on certain amenities. The room was clean, the curtain was broken so the light came in while we were trying to sleep. The pillows were way too soft, we woke up a little sore from the lack of support」

「Good luck flushing the toilet. Overall, this property was ok. Not bad, not good...middling. It was quite clean so kudos for that. The TV works and the staff is good. But note that it is quite worn down. I think it's mostly for long term construction workers and that type of guest, so nothing fancy but a roof when needed. However, the button to flush the toilet is on top of the tank and some goofball built a vanity shelf over the tank with about an inch, if that, to get your finger in. ...

「Was in town for a weekend event at the University of Rochester. This property was apx 15 minutes away in a great safe location. The area is quiet and the rooms were extremely clean. I stayed in a king size bedroom and it was perfect for the weekend. I would definitely stay here next time I am in town.」
