"The property in general is impeccably clean ,staffs are accommodating and respectful however,that big of a property has to have a standby generator in times of blackout.With my almost 24 hours stay,there was a total 4-5 hours power interruption which is a lot to deal but in general,I will still consider coming back to this place ! PS The property is few steps to the restaurants and bars and the beach⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Fantastic staff and facilities "

"I recently stayed at Agapi Beach Hotel with my husband and our 15-month-old baby, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we found the staff to be rude and inattentive, which made what should have been a relaxing family trip feel quite uncomfortable. As parents travelling with a young child, we really value warmth and support, and this was noticeably lacking throughout our stay. It’s also worth noting that we appeared to be the only Black family at the hotel, which made the overall experience feel even more isolating—particularly given the lack of warmth and attentiveness we encountered. The food was another major letdown. The options were very limited and highly repetitive, which is frustrating when you’ve booked an all-inclusive package expecting variety and quality. It became difficult to even look forward to meals. To make matters worse, the weather during our stay was poor, and there seemed to be no contingency plan in place. Many of the all-inclusive amenities we paid for—such as access to pools, snacks, and drinks—were either unavailable or significantly limited due to the rain. This left us feeling like we didn’t receive the experience or value we had paid for. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations at all, especially as a young family looking for comfort and ease. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on our experience."

"The room was lovely and clean and the bed was fantastic. The staff are amazing and attentive and are happy to help make the stay feel welcoming. The ourdoor area is top notch, comfortable seats and lots of space to relax in the sun. The hotel is not far from all the areas youll want to go and plenty of taxis or car hiring as well. Our only complaints are, we had repeating trouble with the wifi which would shut down and stop working regularly, on one of our nights the lights in our room turned on while we were sleeping and would not turn off. It was also quite noisy but not enough to cause us to lose any sleep. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel as a go to spot and we are considering returning next year."

"Bed bugs, and at the beginning of the season none of the things adevertised like the on site restaurants, no indoor pool etc were open. There is some serious misrepresentation from the pictures. "

"The room was old, with dated furniture. The bathroom was bad. Both the sink and toilet were detached from their base. The buffet dinner was not very good, not many choices. The only good thing was the people at the reception and bar. "

"Lovely spacious soundproofed, room with a small balcony and air conditioning. Shower was fab. The pool is unheated unfortunately but still refreshing. The pool area was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all very helpful."
