Lovely little hotel! Family-owned, which gives it a warm and personal vibe. For the price, this place honestly feels like a luxury stay, definitely great value for money. The bartender and receptionist were both super friendly and welcoming. The food is okay—not amazing, but totally fine and definitely livable. Would happily stay again!

Got there quite early,so just expected to sit around with luggage. No the wonderful Stella on reception checked me in,looked after my luggage and allowed me to take full advantage of the All Inclusive facilities. Even though my room wouldn't be ready foe afew hours. Everything was wonderful the view, the food, the drinks, the service. Cant rate this little hidden gem of a hotel. Miss it at your peril. Outstanding Outstanding.

We had a very nice stay. Very comfortable bed and staff were excellent. Food was Ok, not great. Bathroom was quite run down and small. But we were happy with what we got for the price and loved the little town nearby and free shuttle was a nice service.

Friendly staff

We spent one week there. Very kind personnel, cleaning is moderate. Room has a minimalist design. Guests need more patience at lunch and dinner. The staff reload the dishes as soon as they can. The hotel is situated close to a village and a beach. Water in the pool is cooler than waves of the sea.

Very good place for the money spent. Many people are talking about the issues the hotel has got with the buffet. We find that the hotel tries to accommodate everyone. Some people are very generous with what they take and eat from the buffet, leading to problems for everyone. We wish the hotel all the best and thank them for their hospitality!! Nice hotel that needs a bit of maintenance. no waste policy, LOVED IT! self service but also self cleaning, i love this friendly restaurant personnel and receptionist relaxing we have loved Chrissy the food was AMAZINGLY GOOD! -the rooms have shower curtains and no doors, even if you try the water goes everywhere -the rooms were not cleaned every day, a bit annoying when you have long hair -sometimes there is a language barrier, so make sure you understand the receptionists well enough and that they understand you

Chrissy's Paradise was a wonderful experience. Everyone working there was incredibly nice, especially Georgie, the housekeeper. Mila, who took care of our room, always greeted us with a smile, and we wish her all the best. Chrissy, the hotel owner, made sure that we felt the warm, family vibe throughout our stay. It’s the perfect place for families and anyone looking to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The combination of the mountain and sea experience was fantastic. During the day, we soaked up the sun by the beach, and at night, we enjoyed the cool weather and music at the bar next to the pool. The bartenders were always friendly and kept the drinks flowing! On Sundays, there was an entertainment night, which we really enjoyed, but we wish there had been more since there aren’t many party options in Agia Pelagia, and at night, there's not much to do beyond visiting restaurants. The food was delicious, though we think it could use a bit more Greek soul. We wished for more than one or two vegetarian options, but we always found something to enjoy. Everything we needed was there, except for Greek coffee. The only downside was the WiFi, which was really slow and almost unusable, but other than that, we were so happy to be there. We’ll miss everyone there! Kristi and Donia :)

The room facilities were just ok, the light of the bathroom was not working and we needed to ask fixing it right after our check in at 9pm. Air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work properly. The 3rd bed had springs making you very uncomfortable and we asked to change in a better one. The staff was kind and resolved our issues without problems. The hotel offered a all inclusive formula that attracted us, but in reality was like an office canteen just enoug to fill your stomach. Nothing really special, more or less same food everyday. The swimming pool was nice even if we didnt use much as we preferred going to the beach. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the nearest beach in Agia Pelagia. Overall I was not satisfied.

Great Hotel

We feel very fortunate to have found this hotel during our travels around Crete. Amazing value for money, warm and welcoming staff and an owner, Chrissy, who goes above and beyond for her guests. Simple but outstandingly clean rooms and a stunning pool and grounds.

Great service with kind personal

It was very nice, stuff was kindly and very helpful. It is all-inclusive hotel so you get a meal 3 times a day and also drinks at pool bar to 23 o'clock.
