「A heartfelt thank you to the Happy Rentals team for making our stay at Love of Lugano so special! They were incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. The apartment is sparkling clean, modern, and perfectly located near the train station, great restaurants, and shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Jessica」

「Make sure to go right next to the apartment to check in! There's a big sign that says San Carlo Hotel - you check in there for the apartment. Clean, big, has AC, very close to everything. Very good for the price.」

「This was a decent stay. We were hoping to save some money by going this route instead of a hotel for overall price and a kitchen, and we did save money! There is major construction happening next door, so that was loud, and no AC, though we did find a window unit in the closet that saved the day. There were also stand fans. There is a garage space included, but it is for a very compact car, so plan accordingly. Overall, the apartment got the job done. Amazing? No. Good enough, yes. We weren't in...

10/10 有夠讚
"It was a great experience staying in the hotel. Extremely friendly staff always put an extra effort to serve. For sure will stay there again."
科莫湖希爾頓飯店
8/10 不錯哦
"Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."

"The hotel is located approximately 4 kilometers from the city center in a quiet environment, offering ample free parking. It features a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are friendly. I would definitely stay here again."
