"We were in Lugano for just one night for my partners birthday and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were very kind and upgraded our room for the birthday celebration! We also were able to arrange a free shuttle to the train station when we left. Beautiful view from the room and other areas in the hotel. We didn’t get a chance to use them, but the wellness amenities seemed great as well. Would stay again! "

"I got sick while in Lugano and spent a couple full days in my room. I was so grateful to be at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the room and beds very comfortable. The pool kept the kids busy. Once I felt better I appreciated the location. It’s right near the lake and an easy walk to the center."

"Everything was great…very clean, great location and safe. My only challenge was the washer. The description states washer and dryer and I could only find the washer. Other than that, the room and stay were great."
