Recommended for family to stay. The room conditions are great! equipments complete (i.e.: water purifier, fridge, microwave) and easy for me travel with family. Only need to improve on the pillow conditions.

It’s a decent 4 room apartment, and definitely not a luxury apartment as advertised. Check in and check out details are great and clear Room - ok Toilets - poor amenities Kitchen - dirty utensils Dining hall - ok Living hall - great with infotainment, karaoke & pool table, but mahjong table without mahjong

Check in at 4pm is kind of too late. Normal 3pm already very late, and checking out at 11am create heavy lifts jam and long waiting at the lift lobby. Many end up going down by stairs with heavy bags.

Melaka Family Trip

It was a really good stay, and my kids loved the room so much—it felt very comfortable for our family. Easy check in. The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment.
