"The room was great with a lovely view - good size bathroom, great shower. Staff in the bar & restaurant were lovely, very friendly & helpful. Receptionists were a little less friendly. Hotel is in a good location - easy to navigate Tokyo via the nearby subway. "

"Conveniently located next to Terminal 3. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but majority don’t open till after 10 am. Check-in using self check-in machines but staff is everywhere to help. There is discount for parking for hotel guests so make sure you show the certificate to the staff when check-in and they will stamp on the certificate that will be recognized by the parking machine when making payment. Room with Tatami is decent size for the family of 4 with 5 luggages. Onsen is well equipped with shower supplies (hair oils) and others such as hair bands, tooth brushes, combs etc. We went there twice - one in the morning and one at night. If you plan to go more than once in one day, make sure you show staff the receipt from the first time so that you don’t get charged twice."

"It’s a really nice hotel and very clean. Keep in mind that it is a resort hotel so you’re bound to dining in the restaurants at the hotel. You can’t easily go out and find other restaurants. There is also a Lawson there for convenience. You also have to pay to use the pool too."

"Very close to the train station. Super touristy and busy through most of the waking hours. Sometimes need to stand in line to get onto the elevators. Rooms are cleaned once every 3 days. Was good enough to get to Disney but you are 30 minutes from the main districts of Tokyo."

"We had a comfortable stay and loved that there was a free shuttle to Disney Parks and nearby train stations. The Airport Limousine Shuttle Bus picked up right out front and took us to Narita Airport which was extremely convenient. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and themed rooms."

"Very clean hotel with reliable shuttle service to Maihama and Bayside station. Convenience and gift stores are fully stocked. Good breakfast options available in both buffets with amazing staff members."

"AC control not in room so cannot set temperature. Staff struggling to understand non Japanese speakers and time poor with many people with questions. Room not clean and facilities poor. Smell of cigarettes permeated the room on a non smoking floor. Our party cancelled and left accommodation."
